Physical Fitness Test

The physical fitness test consists of six events in sequence that measure your muscular endurance and cardio respiratory fitness. You must pass an initial fitness test to advance to the next step in the hiring process and pass the higher fitness test standards to graduate from the Henderson Police Academy.
