Drug Screen
- Before You Go:
- Wait for the Authorization email from Concentra before visiting the Wellness Center.
- HR will send this after receiving your completed Applicant Information Form and submitting your order.
- The email may mention online registration, but registration is not required.
- Deadline:
- You have 5 calendar days from Concentra’s intake request to complete your drug screening.
- Location:
- 299 North Pecos Road, Henderson, NV 89074-1918
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (walk-ins accepted until 4:30 PM)
- No appointment needed.
- Results are sent directly to HR.
- This order is only valid at the City of Henderson Wellness Center. Other Concentra locations will redirect you.
- This location may not appear on Google Maps. Cross streets are North Pecos Rd & Robindale Rd.
Background Check (Alliance2020)
- Instructions:
- After you submit forms, and they have been reviewed by Human Resources you’ll get another email from automation@instascreen.net (Alliance 2020).
- This email has a link to start your background check.
- What to Do in Alliance 2020
- Accept the Summary of Rights.
- Double check your personal info.
- Click NEXT — the spinning circle means it’s working. You can close the window.
- Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see the email.
Physical Screenings
- General Information:
- Arrive 15-30 minutes early to complete paperwork.
- Casual dress/workout attire recommended
- If you need to cancel, please notify the Wellness Center and Human Resources 24 hours in advance
