  • What documents can I upload for the “I‑9 Acceptable Documents” task? 
  • Can HR help me fill out the W‑4? 
    • Human Resources can provide general guidance and explain the form’s purpose.

  • Where do I go to get fingerprinted? 
    • First, make an appointment here
    • Pick up your Fingerprint Form at HR:  240 S. Water Street, City Hall 
    • Then walk across City Hall to: 223 Lead Street  
      • Hours: 
        • Mon–Wed: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM 
        • Thu: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • What if I can’t submit the “Fingerprint Task” form? 
    • Select your date/time using the calendar icon (typing won’t work). 
    • If it still doesn’t work, email HrTech@cityofhenderson.com with: 
      • Your name 
      • Appointment date 
      • Appointment time
  • What if I can’t log into NEOGOV? 
    • Click “Forgot Password”. Follow the given prompts 
    • If that doesn’t work, email HrTech@cityofhenderson.com to confirm your email on file is correct.
  • Do I have to complete the Emergency Contact Form? 
    • No, this form is optional.
  • What do I need to bring to my fingerprinting appointment? 
    • Bring an unexpired, valid ID.
  • How do I activate my NEOGOV account? 
    • You’ll receive an email from donotreply@neogov.com with your username and an activation link. 
    • Click the link to set up your password. 
    • If you receive a second link, use the newest one (older links become inactive).
  • Where do I go for my Drug Screening?

    • No Appointment is needed
